Wow--after 4+ hours I am still working on the Descendents of just one of the three Conrads! 4 March 2017

I made it to the 7 a.m. session at the temple, and it was a small enough session that I made it to the 9 a.m. session also.  That 9 a.m. session was about 80% full, and the 8 a.m. session also seemed large, as I saw that group at one point.

By doing the two sessions in the morning I had a brief time to get some items from the Swap Meet--mostly clothing.  Then I had a quick lunce, and off to the Library.

I had separated my Conrad Frey from his older brother yesterday, so today my task was first to make sure he was attached to his wife and children, and to detach his brother from that family.  Then I started on the descendency work. I no longer am attaching pictures of the Ortssippenbuecher [there are two now--one from Eppingen, of course, and the other from Elsenz]. I am including reason statemets that cite the books.

I took a break for a while when my daughter called to let me know of some important mail--and also that our refrigerator was no longer working.  We extended the insurance last year, and hopefully that will prove to be helpful.  The appointment is not until Thursday, so it is good that we do have some smaller refrigerators. Then back to work--until 4:45, which was just about the very last moment.

I went back to the apartment for supper, and some pre-Sunday cleaning.  When I finished I walked back to the temple.  I had left my temple card there, since it was not ready when I left after the sessions. The weather was quite nice today--not hot, but pleasant.  I was told yesterday that the up-and-down weather is a blessing out here.  When there is snow, and then the weather warms up before the next snow [we are due for several inches over the next couple of days] the snow melt is not as bad as if all of it melted at once.  That does make sense.
